Clearing the Clipboard

You can remove items from the clipboard individually or clear the entire contents at once.

To remove selected items from the Clipboard:

1. View the current contents of the Clipboard as described in Viewing the Clipboard contents.
2. Select the items that you want to remove and click Drop selected items. The list of Clipboard contents refreshes to show the selected items removed.

To clear all contents from the Clipboard:

1. View the current contents of the Clipboard as described in Viewing the Clipboard contents.
2. Click Clear. The list of Clipboard contents refreshes to show all items have been removed.
